The safety of your payment and personal information is a top priority to Norcostco.  Our software uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security and is among the best software available today for secure ecommerce transactions.  All personal information including name, address and credit card number are encrypted to ensure the confidentiality of your transaction.  We use, the premier credit card gateway, to add an additional level of security to this process. 
We try to check everything but sometimes errors slip through. We cannot be held contractually liable responsible for errors. If you find an error please let us know and we will correct it.
Norcostco accepts institutional Purchase Orders from organizations with an approved Norcostco account.

On the payment page of the check-out process, select “Account Number” for your payment method.  Enter your Norcostco customer account number if you know it and your purchase order number. Don't worry if you don't know your Norcostco customer account number. We will take care of it!

Additionally, your organization’s tax exempt status can be tied to your Norcostco account eliminating the need to provide sales tax exemption documentation. You MUST sign-in to your existing and updated log-in, for your tax exempt status to apply.
When ordering with a purchase order, please provide the “Bill to Information” as it appears on your organization’s purchase order/requisition form.  Any new accounts for public schools will be required to fax in a copy of a purchase order before your order is shipped. Any other new accounts will be required to complete a credit application before your order is processed.

As a school or non-profit organization you may be eligible to make tax-exempt purchases.  We'd be happy to help you modify your account accordingly.  To qualify for tax-exempt purchases, you will need to supply us with a copy of your State issued tax exemption certificate. You must also have a Norcostco login used solely for your organization's purchases and separate from any logins for personal use.  You can send your completed and signed certificate along with the email address of your Norcostco login to us by one of two easy methods.

Norcostco collects tax in the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, New Jersey, South Dakota, Texas and Washington.


You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS. We cannot offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  When you place an order, estimated delivery dates are based shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Unfortunately, we are not able to show the availability of item(s) on our website at this time.

  • We ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS.
  • Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.
  • Certain products contain chemicals that are considered hazardous and must ship Ground Service due to Federal guidelines. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
  • If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us for authorization to return your item(s). You can return most items for a prompt refund or exchange. Some exclusions apply; see  below for non-refundable items. Item(s) must be in original packaging and in new condition.
  • For your protection, makeup and all hair goods are non-refundable.
  • Cut fabrics or custom made drapery are non-refundable.
  • Sales of clearance and discontinued merchandise are final. Clearance items may be damaged, old, or irregular and may not be in original packaging.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Item(s) drop shipped from a manufacturer's warehouse are subject to a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fees vary per item(s).
